Instructions
Take yogurt and all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk until its smooth.
Pour this yogurt mix on a parchment lined tray. They should be ¼ inch. Use smaller tray that way, it won’t spread too much. The thinner the yogurt is spread out, the thinner these barks would be.
Sprinkle toppings of your choice.
Freeze it overnight or at least 6-7 hours until it firms up and becomes frozen.
Remove and cut into pieces. You can use a knife or just randomly cut pieces with hand.
Serve them frozen.
Store it in a tight container in the frozen.
Notes
If you are using whole fruits, use a blender to mix them into yogurt instead of whisking.
If you do not want to add fruit purees, then ad whole berries on top. I can think of so many combinations mangoes and coconut, summer berries etc.
