Rhubarb-tini

Refreshing fruity cocktail with flavors of rhubarb, and lemon. It’s made with vodka, rhubarb syrup and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

Rhubarb Syrup

  • 2 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Martini

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz rhubarb Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz sweet vermouth optional
  • Tbsp lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Slices of Lime to garnish

Instructions

Rhubarb Syrup

  • Take rhubarb, sugar and water in a saucepan on medium heat.
  • Cook it until sugar is dissolved and rhubarb is softened.
  • Let it cool down, then pour it into a glass jar and seal it.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator. It can easily stay refrigerated for about a month.

Martini

  • Pour vodka, vermouth, rhubarb syrup, lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add some ice to the shaker about 3/4 and shake it for few seconds.
  • Pour it in a chilled glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish it with lemon slice.
