Rhubarb-tini
Refreshing fruity cocktail with flavors of rhubarb, and lemon. It’s made with vodka, rhubarb syrup and sweet vermouth.

Rhubarb Syrup
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Martini
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz rhubarb Simple Syrup
- ½ oz sweet vermouth optional
- Tbsp lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Slices of Lime to garnish
Rhubarb Syrup
Take rhubarb, sugar and water in a saucepan on medium heat.
Cook it until sugar is dissolved and rhubarb is softened.
Let it cool down, then pour it into a glass jar and seal it.
Keep it in the refrigerator. It can easily stay refrigerated for about a month.
Martini
Pour vodka, vermouth, rhubarb syrup, lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add some ice to the shaker about 3/4 and shake it for few seconds.
Pour it in a chilled glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish it with lemon slice.
