  • 1 cup artichoke jarred or marinated
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning/ oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 24 Wonton wrappers

Instructions

  • Pre heat the oven at 350 F.
  • Take cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese and half of the grated mozzarella in a medium mixing bowl, whisk it until it looks smooth.
  • Add grated garlic, and all other seasonings like salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, lemon juice. Stir to mix. Add in roughly chopped spinach and roughly chopped artichoke. Stir to mix everything well and taste it.
  • Take wonton wrappers and place them on lightly brushed muffin pan. Make sure it creates a cup or fan pattern. Place the tray in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. Take the tray out and carefully place a tablespoon of filling in each wrapper. Add a little bit of mozzarella on top that we reserved on side. Place the tray with filled wonton wrappers back in the oven for another 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove the tray and let it sit for few minutes before serving. They will taste better when served slightly warm.
